Something from Nearly Nothing
I love working with clay. I love starting with a simple lump and turning it into so many pretty, fun things. There’s something endlessly satisfying about watching possibilities take shape under your hands.
Today I learned how to make ghosts, and they are so cute. Little personalities appearing out of nowhere. I also made a camping mug filled with some of my favorite things — a tent, moonlight, a forest, and the sweetest little teacups tucked in for good measure.
It still amazes me how much can come from so little. Clay has a way of turning imagination into something you can actually hold, and I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of that.
