Anytime I Want
Today I realized something small that turned out to be everything. I could walk into All Fired Up, buy a single pound of ceramic clay, and spend as much time as I wanted making something with it. No schedule. No rush. Just clay and time.
I put my headphones in, settled in, and made a couple of weird, cute little things. Nothing precious. Nothing planned. I left them behind to be fired and walked out feeling more hooked than ever, not because of what I made, but because of how it felt.
Pottery wasn’t something I had to wait for a class to do. It could just… be there, anytime I want
